L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s arribar a totes aquelles persones que es poden beneficiar d\u2019aquests ajuts: fam\u00edlies amb les rendes baixes (incloses les monoparentals i aquelles que viuen soles), pensionistes que perceben la pensi\u00f3 m\u00ednima o fam\u00edlies nombroses. Per aix\u00f2, Endesa compta amb un equip que orienta i tramita directament les sol\u00b7licituds dels clients <a href=\"http:\/\/www.endesaclientes.com\/bo-social\">mitjan\u00e7ant la web<\/a>, el tel\u00e8fon (<a href=\"http:\/\/&lt;a href=&quot;tel:34800760333&quot;&gt;Clicka para llamar&lt;\/a&gt;\">800760333<\/a>) o en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.endesaclientes.com\/llars\/atencio-client.html\">canals presencials<\/a>, les quals s\u00f3n traslladades al Ministeri d\u2019Energia, Turisme i Agenda Digital per a la seva assignaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Canvis en la normativa d\u2019adjudicaci\u00f3 del Bo Social<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El nou Bo Social, establert pel Govern, defineix i fixa els criteris de renda com a premissa per a obtenir les ajudes, aix\u00ed com les circumst\u00e0ncies especials (persones amb discapacitat \u2265 33%, v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere o terrorisme) i un rang de descomptes d\u2019entre el 25% i el 40%. A m\u00e9s, regula el finan\u00e7ament del 100% de la factura de la llum per a aquells col\u00b7lectius m\u00e9s vulnerables i estableix que el rebut s\u2019assumeixi a parts iguals entre les comercialitzadores i les administracions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Renovaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amb la nova normativa, tots aquells clients amb l\u2019antic Bo Social han de presentar una sol\u00b7licitud de renovaci\u00f3 per a poder accedir al nou descompte.
